This range of screwless 13A single plug sockets from BG Nexus come with two handy type A USB charger sockets and gives switched protection. It is capable of charging iPad, iPhone, tablets, mobiles, cameras and more with a USB output of 5V .. 2.1A (shared across the two ports). It is designed for use with Apple approved leads and may not work as effectively with other types of lead. This modern, stylish design has a slim profile and a secure "Clip on, Clip off" front plate so there are no visible ugly fixing screws. It is suitable for retrofitting into existing plug sockets (it is supplied with optional 10mm spacer for 25mm backing boxes). The socket has a light lacquer coating for durability and to limit finger print marks and is finished in brushed steel with co-ordinating grey plug inserts.
