DESCRIPTION: MC-809 Grout Repair Sealant a high quality filler with granular structure for easy and shrink-free repairing of cracks and joints in concrete. It can be used to seal cracks in bricks and masonry joints for both indoor and outdoor environment. MC-809 is characterized by good workability, weathering and UV resistance. FEATURES: ? Low shrinkage ? Water resistant ? Good adhesion to many mineral surfaces ? Textured finish ? Virtually odourless ? Paintable after curing USES: ? For sealing cracks and repairing damaged areas in concrete and cement. ? For jointing and repairing of new and damaged joints between stone strips and facade masonry. ? For indoor and outdoor applications. APPLICATION: ? Surface must be clean. ? Cut nozzle to desired size. ? Apply as deeply as possible and press the mortar into the joint using an appropriate jointing tool. ? For better adhesion on cement, may slightly dampen the work area before application. ? Clean off excess MC-809 with water within 10 mins. ? Protect the mortar from rain for at least 5 hours after application. ? For large cracks or large holes preferably apply 2 layers of the product. Apply the second layer of product after around 1 hour.
