-HARDEX Hi-Temperature Beta Black RTV Silicone Gasket Maker is a non-corrosive, low odour, low volatile, sensor safe and fast curing Black RTV Silicone Gasket Maker. -It features excellent oil resistance and is specially designed to suit high-torque and high vibration applications. -It remains flexible and stable at temperatures from -80ºF to 572ºF (-62ºC to 300ºC) intermittent. Applications: -Valve covers -Oil pans -Timing covers -Water pumps -Thermostat housing -Transmission pans -Gearbox -Engine/motor -High-temperature piping system Advantages: -Non-corrosive -Low volatile -Sensor safe -Fast curing -Flexible and stable at temperature from -80ºF to 572ºF (-62ºC to 300ºC) How to Use: -Surface must be clean, dry and oil free. -Pierce seal at the end of the metal tube with reverse end of cap. Screw on nozzle and cut to desired bead size. -Apply even bead (1/16''-1/8'') around perimeter of surface. -Assemble part once silicone skinned (~15minutes). Packing Size: RS-777 = 100g
