Fibre glass fire extinguisher cabinet (for ABC type 9kg)

Internal Dimensions (clearance inside) :Height ~ 700-800 mm; Width ~ 280-320 mm; Depth ~ 220-260 mm. Enough to accommodate extinguisher height, diameter, base, plus some clearance for installation/removal. External Dimensions Often : ~ 750-850 mm H × 300-390 mm W × 225-260 mm D, depending on wall thickness, door design, etc. Material : Fibreglass reinforced polyester (or similar GRP/FRP) with UV-stable resin / gel-coat finish to resist weather, sun, corrosion. Door :Should have a sealed door with either latch or lock; viewing window (acrylic or polycarbonate) is desirable to check presence/status without opening. Seal: Rubber gasket/seal to make it weatherproof/dustproof / reduce moisture ingress. Hinges & Latch :Stainless steel or non-corroding metal hinges; latch should be durable, possibly lockable (003 coin key, padlock, or similar) depending on risk of tampering. Finish & Colour :Bright red (often RAL3000 or equivalent); gel-coat or UV-stable paint. With required markings (“Fire Extinguisher”) in white or reflective material. Mounting & Installation :Wall-mounted (semi recessed or surface): anchoring points strong enough for the weight (~12-14 kg extinguisher + cabinet weight). Ensure door opens freely. Mount at accessible height. Viewing / Identification :Window or transparent panel; signage or moulded/painted text; possibly reflective strip. Environmental Protection :Waterproof/dustwater ingress resistance; UV resistance; corrosion resistance of all fasteners/hardware. For outdoor use, ensure better sealing and corrosion-proof hardware.
