Constructed with precision-machined brass for the banana jack component, meeting QQ-B-626 Alloy 360 standards in ½ Hard temper, featuring nickel plating per Q-N-290 Class 2 with 200-300 microinches thickness. The spade lug end utilizes electro-tin plated copper for optimal conductivity. Polypropylene insulation provides fire-retardant properties and is molded directly to the banana jack body.
